Sleeper Simulant Useful in Raid?
I think I've figured out the main use for this weapon during the raid... Killing the War Priest and Golgoroth are cake when using this weapon especially if everyone in your fireteam is using it! What do you think of the Sleeper Simulant? Let me know below your thoughts on the weapon!

One guy had Tom and I had ss and we 2 manned the first daughter weapons and bow help quite a bit

I like to be the floater putting damage into ogres and I use the SS. Puts them down quickly.

4 RepliesEdited by Gu4rdi4n Down: 10/25/2015 9:44:46 AM1000 yard stare does more damage, SS is limited by its ammo capacity and ROF, So basically: Stun lock and DPS with 1000 yd stare backed up with a HMG wrecks much more than SS, proof is in the mission stats.

Had 3 people using it everyone else 1000 yard stare. We 1 rounded the warpriest ( weapons of light and 2 tethers) and killed golgoroth in 1 round getting 4 bubbles (with weapons and tethers) I had more damage with my 1000 yard stare though when we seen the numbers.

2 RepliesI've switched to black hammer full time on those bosses. But now that I have both, I have to say, I was staggering oryx quicker in a team with two ToMs and two simulants as opposed to four ToMs. Probably doesn't matter much either way, and freeing your heavy slot for other stuff isn't anything to sneeze at either. But still, it seemed quicker to stagger with simulants.

4 RepliesI've found that though the sleeper simulant does the most single shot damage, the DPS of the black spindle with the faster fire rate is better for the warpriest and golgoroth.

7 RepliesIm still trying to get mine over 300! Up to 297 now. As soon as I get my second exotic sword weds I'll probably put both of mine into it to get it to 310. Well think I need to get to 300 first then put them into it. And just rebuy the swords at 280. :) I haven't gotten past the war priest though, just tried for the first time this past weekend. Only had a 300 legendary sniper cause I spaced on the two spindle days. So think it's my best choice for an exotic slot for now. Maybe if I can get my hereafter up to 300? Would people recommend Hereafter over as for exotic slot? Kings fall newb here! Thanks for any tips! And I love the sleeper sim. Dunno why people say it sucks. I guess they don't only go for crits? Seems like the only way to make SS shine is critical hits. If people aren't doing that then I guess I get why they say it sucks. But I think it's more user error.

I love that amazing beautiful heavy fusion rifle. And yes it tears apart the rad bosses especially if you have a nightstalker on the team

2 RepliesThat weapon (too lazy to type it out) has its moments when it can be useful and useless. I personally love my exotic swords for those are too much fun. If the sleeper had more ammo i would defiantly use it more often

Ss = 2 bullets of black spindle. Now try again using a sniper, the priest is gone is a little over than 1 try, golgoroth in two to three orbs... Forget this shittiest weapon ever...

1 ReplyThe sleeper worked great for me! I did a raid without it and we couldn't get good dps on war priest. The. I got the sleeper and we nearly put him down in two dps sessions.

3 RepliesI think the malice needs a buff getting 3 rapid kills I don't know about you but I can only get it on weaker enemies like thrall plus we have more yellow bar enemy's now
