How to complete sleeper simulant quest

17 RepliesAccording to the database: 1. Collect all 4 Dvalins and turn them into banshee. 2. Find the source of the signal the Dvalins were recieving. 3. Input the correct codes on 4 modules. 4. Somehow find a fusion core 5. Dismantle heavy weapons and complete warsat public events on Earth, The Moon, and Mars. 4. Use the resources gain to reactivate the sleeper simulant. Problem is we have no way to trigger the second step. Theres supposedly a mission you must go on to find the signal which im guessing is coming from that secret room under rasputins central core. Im guessing you receive the modules and core from there.
