3 weeks in a row I have gotten Strange Coins... How about you guys?

Strange coins, motes, legendary sidearm that I've received prob 10 times since ttk dropped, and a dead orbit rocket launcher. Since when did the hardest strike in the game start giving out newb rewards? I get better stuff from the engrams in vanguard heroic strikes.

Bump, nightfall has lost it's point honestly. No more xp and rep buff, exotics barely drop as much as they used to. I've gotten strange coins on one character each week.

Isn't night fall the only place an exotic can drop/be rewarded without the use three of coins? I'm sure it's possible for heroic strike...maybe at a 1/1,000,000 chance?
