Refund my exotic engram
I purchased the primary exotic engram and got a year 1 exotic expecting any year two. Why did I receive a year one exotic?

Dude... before Xur came to the tower for the first time in year 2 Bungie stated that Legacy Engrams will only give year one weapons or armor. Not to mention "Legacy" should have told you there are no year 2s in this engram.
