Bungie is robbing the poor and giving to the rich
Since when did a new expansion or upgrade automatically make what you had garbage? I haven't purchased Taken Kings yet cuz I'm broke, But i already paid for Nightfall, weekly, daily, and elimination. You can't take that away from your already loyal customers. I'm trying to enjoy the Wolves until i upgrade but it's garbage now. Defective. Should be illegal that you can just destroy a product i purchased to bully me into buying more. Without the newest expansion we can't even make purchases at the tower....i feel so very betrayed. Between me my wife and 2 kids we have about a year (8000) of hours logged in game. This (previous game releases )is not a service or subscription the gets shut off for non payment, it is a purchase. Don't take that away from us. That's theft

6 RepliesYou don't own destiny, bungie owns destiny. You own the rights to play whatever they provide, not what your entitled to. All the content is subject to change, as described in the TOS, which you agreed to when you installed the disc. So your opinion is not valid.

when end game content becomes relevant to the end game, end game bumped from 34 to 40, so endgame content brought to par. you still get legacy stuff that they did not have to apply. I was gonna say sumtin duppid but tooty fruity shmoojie boogie pudding taco.

You paid for the campaign missions and multiplayer access. As with any mmo-ish game, end game content continues to move on with the latest expansion. You didn't pay to get to level 40. If the nightfall is light lvl 280 and you are 170 then umm..you didn't pay for it. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ (there ya go, left some little buddies for you)

It is a pretty disgusting practice to take content away from customers that have paid for it. A lot of people don't understand that weeklies and vendors are no longer available to you. Effectively rendering the game unplayable.

You don't own destiny, Bungie does. You purchased a licence to the content bungie provides, not what you are entitled to.

No, you paid for Destiny. Whatever Bungie gives you with that purchase is up to them. In year one, that was everything you mentioned.
