HOW TO USE THREE OF COINS....fastest engrams
Lets keep this on top so people know...
There seems to be alot of confusion about them..heres what im doing, its got me 5 exotic engrams and ive only used around 20-25 coins...
the scorge of winter mission on lowest difficulty, on venus, run to the boss at the end.
1 - use 1 coin
2- get his health low
3 - rocket suicde next to him (itll kill both of you)
4 - rinse and repeat
Edit 1 .. just got a year 2 monte carlo, so you can get yr 2 exotics from a yr 1 ultra :) ... happy hunting guardians

Edit 4.. as of 210 est.. it is still working.
Edit 5.. it wont drop everytime u kill the boss, it might take up to 15 or even 20 tries sometimes, and other time it could only take a few... just be patient

This is the first thing I did when I got home today...lol Used 10 or so of them, got: 4th horseman (only thing I was missing from year 1...lol) TLW...... troll much bungie? Lol Helm of inmost light (year 2). This WORKS!

I only did this to get two engrams and they both were primary engrams. They both turned into hawkmoon when I already got it from the exotic weapon kiosk for 150 marks. I'm on Xbox btw.

Exotic for every 7-9 ToC. Got a Monte Carlo, the arc auto rifle (forget it's name), Lupi 2.0, Invective 2.0, Taikonaut, Celestial Nighthawk 2.0, and still going--till I run out of strange coins at least.

Lol 10 coins and 2 engrams....but the 2nd engram was laying overtop of an ether seeds that was dropped...so it looked...greenish....I accidentally killed the boss without killing myself so the mission timer was counting down...literally 1 second left I go to grab the green for whatever...and whaddoya know...exotic lol

Eye of a gate lord mission is faster than Scourge of Winter, just need to make sure to jump to orbit immediately after the kill. ~10 kills so far, 2 engrams
