I hit level 40 on 9/15, but never got the artifact and shader (and whatever else I was supposed to get). Completed several other quests afterward, but still no dice. Finally got an artifact out of an engram last night, so the slot is unlocked, but how am I supposed to get whatever shader/artifact was supposed to be given to me when I hit 40? I also hit 40 on my Warlock on 9/15, and Ikora immediately had the artifact and shader for me. #help
