Lol first of all little desticles, that is one game that ACTUALLY requires skill. I'm so glad there's never been a buff OR nerf to any of the weapons because they don't listen to crybabies who complain cause they can't get kills and get wallbounced. You children (adults with no life) ask for the dumbest buffs & nerfs I've ever seen in my whole life. You guys basically made the game worse by all your complaining. This game requires no skill honestly.. if you think trials is "competitive" you don't know what competitive means and I'm being honest.
Gears of war will ALWAYS be a better franchise, we don't have a community from call of duty cause most people that play cod are little kids that aren't good enough for gears. And for you playstation users, don't even talk shit about gears you guys are considered casuals to us Xbox players. You don't know what skill is.
To the kid Rooster 2011, He's a playstation casual that has currently came out of the closet. So cheers to him!
Edit : this is not bait, I am just stating facts. LET US NOT FORGET. Xbox even put it on the cover of the game "best Xbox game ever made" don't believe me? Go look yourself.
Ninja Edit
Hello OP (or anyone who has decided to open the spoiler and read all of this).
I'm one of the Bungie.Net Ninjas. We may have met before, we may have interacted, you might have heard of us, or you may have no clue as to who we are and what we do. Well, this little note is to explain some of the things we do. One of the major roles we play is to handle the reports that come in whenever a member clicks on the "Report" button, to let us know that there is a post, a topic or a user that either doesn't understand or isn't following the rules that we all agreed to follow when we joined. But that's not the Ninja function that brought on this note.
The reason I am writing this is because I have retagged your thread. Bungie.Net uses hashtags to designate their major forums and to help keep things organized. Your OP (original post) was opened, created or given a hashtag that well, wasn't the best choice. It could have been that you were browsing through the various forum/tags that are available on the site or app, and clicked on "New Topic" while in a forum that didn't "match up" with the subject matter of your OP. Or, you may have thought "this belongs here", when unfortunately, it doesn't.
That's another role of the Bungie.Net Ninjas. We not only try to keep things fun, pleasant and welcoming here by removing rule-breakers, but we also want EVERY good topic to have the best chance to survive, thrive, find the right audience, and get lots of on-topic replies. And so, I have retagged your topic to move it to the forum where it has the best chance of doing that.
I give you my word that I have not altered a single letter or character of your Original Post, just placed this message below it and set the tag to better describe your topic. You may notice that you are unable to edit this post anymore. That is a part of the system, and I apologize for any inconvenience that it may have caused. I've not replied or commented on your OP, since this message would most likely be "off-topic" to your thread and when members see a Ninja or Mentor (who are volunteers from the community) or even a Bungie employee post, they tend to go a little crazy and the disruption to the thread becomes a distraction. I don't want that to happen to your thread. I want it to be in the BEST place possible, to be seen by the largest audience who is looking for this sort of topic, I want it to take root, get replies, grow strong and make these forums a better place.
If you have any questions, you should feel free to PM me. My name is now in the upper right corner of your OP where it says "edited by".
Thanks for your patience, thanks for being a part of this community, thanks for taking the time to read all of this (I hid it in a spoiler so that anyone who clicked couldn't complain about "too long, didn't read"), and thank you in advance for creating your future topics with the forum/tag location in mind.

Gears was good when if first came out but it hasn't aged well. It's near unplayable because it feels so dated.

-
Preach my man Preach

Gears of war one was garbage. Host could run shotgun all day and -blam!- anyone. The tag with nades thing was way to hard to stop. Now gears of war two got a little better but i stopped playing after that.
-
Gears of war is the best game ever. Period. I think I'm still in the top 1000 all time in Execution. Well over 20K kills
-
2 RepliesDestiny> Gears of War not joking serious
satire
Halo is better than Gears of War

3 RepliesEdited by AJIc3CoLd: 8/28/2015 3:14:36 PMI love Gears of War. I'm actually considering buying an Xbox One because of the remastered version. That being written, don't say crazy things like it requires skill. In PVP most people just active reloaded or two pieced with the Shotgun. The one thing you can't deny about that game is Horde Mode, oh man, that's actually the main reason I'm thinking about going out and spending this money on the console and game, it's that good.
-
2 RepliesLol states opinions as facts. Nothing to see here.
-
3 RepliesDo tell me how the most used weapon in gears multiplayer is a shotgun. Now do tell me how people always waste a shot to perfect reload them at the start for extra damage?
-
I miss stories in games
-
6 RepliesOld franchise, nothing new since 2006. Didn't buy a next gen console so I could wax lyrical about games that haven't changed since 10 years ago.
-
6 RepliesNew Gears requires considerably less skill than the game made by Epic on the 360. Nerf wall bouncing and you have a pretty boring 3rd person shooter with nice art.
-
1 ReplyEdited by EgomaniacLH: 8/28/2015 2:52:35 PMOnly reason I got a Xb1 was for the fact I loved gears on 360 but I must say since getting destiny it's my favourite game alongside gears both intense and challenging in there own way
-
2 RepliesGears would take skill if people did not run around with the gnasher 24/7
-
2 RepliesWhat's up with all these dumbass Gears posts now? Yes Gears was -blam!-ing awesome. Most of us beat it almost a decade ago. It hasn't changed since then.
-
2 RepliesGoW does not require skill....
-
Every games requires some skill
