every primary except thorn and TLW suck ass
The point of this post is that if you aren't using these weapons right now for competitive(tryhard) play you are at a disadvantage regardless of how good you are with a weapon these weapons statistically speaking are able to change the tides of battle, why would you gimp yourself by using something else? Also this was satire but the tag doesn't work...
its true everyone knows its true and it'll still be true when the weapon patch hits its not going to fix everything so much for the weapon variety
no gun you list will beat the damage per round on thorn or TLW.
Atimise Flare's been really cool about this find his comment and bump it they have some incredible insight(I mean its things that should be common sense but I've seen and done (quite frequently to my detriment) many of the things they talk about like using weapons outside their optimal range (like rushing with red death when I should be using a shotty or trying to snipe with hand cannons)

Unless you use something thats really bad nowadays, good players can ger fairly all games first place. I find myself not even trying sometimes and talking in the clan party, that when i look at the scorebord i can't believe i'n first place of atleast my team. I even use monte carlo in normal crucible and outgun thorn. Last word upclose is a tricky one though. Can't wait for the balance to start the crucible fresh again. It's not the guns being op that makes it a bad experience, it's the player base. The overusage and no variety whatso ever

Damage per round in primaries is kind of a HC thing. With the patch, most exotic primaries will become viable options. Several others are already viable options.

Nothing more satisfying then owning Thorn/TLW's with HM. Don't have Thorn (wouldn't use it) and won't use TLW on principle.

No Land Beyond is way better than Thorn and TLW. If you can get the headshot quickly then you can easily beat them them. Anyway, loads of players who use those guns are terrible so they're not that much of a threat with them.

19 RepliesErm I have out gunned many thorns with baby hawkmoon (fulcrum with final round and luck in the chamber) the reason being I play xbox. But why would you use thorn or last word anyway. If you do you sir, are the one that sucks ass because you are abusing broken weapons

Why I'm saying this is because good players don't need those guns to win matches. I refuse to use either of those guns ever, ever since the updates that made them OP. I haven't used thorn since around October, and I only used last word for a week or so when Xur first sold it. Either way, if I'm not using NLB, I go tryhard with red death. :P
