I recognize that some people may genuinely love their exotic hand cannons, but given the current meta, I thought it would be interesting to see what other primary exotics people are fond of but don't get to use that often.
I listed what I think would be the more popular choices (excluding hand cannons of course)
Personally, I love the Bad Juju. Sure using it may cost me my KD here and there at the moment, but damn that gun just speaks to me (: Since Exotics will be upgradable, Bad Juju will be the first one on my list ♡ The String of Curses perk is something I'd love to see implemented on more guns. There's an odd charm of being able to rack up damage bonuses with a Pulse rifle.
Edits:
● Don't forget to comment why you made your choice! It'd be great to see what gun you love versus what gun you use because of the current meta.
● Surprised to see Bad Juju and NLB getting a lot of love haha
● Bad Juju with Obsidian Mind Warlocks is great and all, but on a Titan, it's fun as balls m8
●
Why isn't [exotic primary] on here?!
1. Felt like the weapons above are more popular than the ones that aren't listed
2. Polls only allow 7 options
● Wish I could've listed them all (excluding hand cannons of course). Would've given a better representation of people's preferences besides the current meta

1 ReplyI would say bad juju and red death. All the other exotics are good but the pulse rifles offer immediate benefits upon proper use. Kills either give immediate health or ammo and often in both pvp and pve there will be situations where you need one or the other to stay alive.

No land beyond. I don't know why but I just can't stop using it in the crucible. It's the best feeling to be mvp with that weapon

Edited by MonkMilitant: 8/15/2015 12:30:27 AMPvE - Love Bad Juju though I use Fang way more to be honest. PvP - Probably Red Death (love the art). In PvP I generally use TLW (Thorn if the other team is rocking too many). Again I love the art for both as well as the damage. The best two looking weapons in game are also the deadliest for PvP.

it has to be NLB. The satisfaction when you get a kill on someone who has an advantage over you ;)
-
Edited by Ronin: 8/15/2015 12:26:18 AMTLW because it just looks awesome. YAY SPINNY THINGY Edit: I just realized you said no hand cannons. I personally like the red death out of that list.

People don't understand the power of Red Death

Mida Multi Tool feels good, feels right and fires true. It reliably staggers just about any enemy, and it does a decent amount of dmg. I really enjoy the combination of third eye and the movement speed buff. You're given enhanced awareness and the ability to flee if necessary. Field Scout rounds off the last, nice touch. It would be nice if it had Aggressive ballistics though.

1 ReplySurros cuz it's the only non hand cannon primary I have...
-
Hard Light mostly cause it looks cool and it's fun to play with.

Bad Juju or Monte Carlo. Bad Juju is just plain fun. And Monte Carlo would be the best if it only did a little more damage

2 RepliesIt's not guaranteed that exotics will come with us and suros

SUROS Regime. My first exotic primary and still my favourite despite being rather powerless theese days, but soon it will be restored to its former glory.
