I have a Aggressive Ballistics,Shot Package, Small bore and Luck in the Chamber for my Judgement VI. It has 3 rounds and has a 33% chance for a lucky round

5 RepliesDepends. I like Crowd Control. Smallbore and Luck in the Chamber. Here's why. First shot kills someone, you now have three seconds of extra damage because of Crowd Control. Let's hope/assume the next shot is Luck in the Chamber. This extra damage from Crowd Control will STACK with Luck. So the shot gets the Luck bump and the Crowd Control bump. I'll take that anytime.
