All I can say. Is ice breaker was pretty great. And yes.... The nerf to it is gonna drag but it will still Be unlimited ammo.

Hahaha unlimited ammo. U can take the new ice breaker and I'll take any other junk gun and keep more ammo than u. That 10 sec regeneration isn't shit and is pointless, bcuz u can pick up ammo faster than it regens

His point still stands. Do the math. You will have more ammo with a legendary sniper and synth over a 5 min time span.
