Instead of nerfing Gjally... add OPTIONAL matchmaking?
Seriously how the hell are you going to get mad at people for using the best weapon as a gate for pickup raids when you don't have your own OPTIONAL matchmaking for that activity? That's completely absurd justification for nerfing the holy grail of Destiny.
Notice the emphasis on OPTIONAL.
Gjallarhorns required for every party from now on. We used to not give a crap what weapons people had, but this is garbage.

2 RepliesThink about it Bungie, why run after a weapon as good as Hunger of Crota that will ocupy a exotic slot (even if it is a little bit better than Hunger i'd rather keep ice breaker and hunger equipped). Matchmaking would be a fair solution for the "excluded" issue. Prison of Elders 35 will be a desert place after the nerf happen, Variks is disappointed with you Bungie.

There are something like 100+ primary weapons an 50+ heavy's there is NO reason for 1/4 of the ENTIRE game to run the SAME primary and heavy weapons!
