I, too, have been subjected to the addiction machine that is Destiny! Since day one, I haven't been able to play another game and my backlog continues to grow in size due to my other addiction to collect games. On the contrary, I would rather be addicted to a video game, then a real drug, or alcohol.

I've justified it that way too. Like there could be worse things that I could be caught up into. The problem is, over indulging in anything can be dangerous, even deadly. Over the past year, ive read about a lot of people around the world who have been seriously injured playing games. Even died from playing way too much. I can see where it becomes obsessive but with a careful balance, it is manageable. At least for me.
