Is anyone else tired of the E3 "Winner" Debate?
This debate is really annoying and seems to be taking over the #Gaming section. "Oh Sony is the best!" "No Xbox is!!!" Everyone will defend their console, it's what you do. So switch to Geico and they'll save you 15% or more on car insurance. Lol I'm just kidding about that, but seriously end this debate. It's pointless. Can we not just enjoy our consoles?

2 RepliesI've been tired of these debates for 2 years. I'm sure users that have been here longer are even more tired of them. [spoiler]But I am the true winner of E3. I saw a good number of games from all companies that interested me. Granted there were some I don't care for, overall I enjoyed what was shown and can't wait for this coming fall and 2016 (barring any delays)[/spoiler]

10 RepliesI am. And it makes no sense to me when people say Sony won. They announced sequels the same exclusives they've always had (excluding Shenmue, although it isn't exclusive) and weren't even able to hold the FF7 Remake as an exclusive. Meh. And isn't Kingdom Hearts III non-exclusive also? On the other hand, Microsoft has Gears, mod support for Fallout 4 (that may or may not come to PlayStation), DayZ as a possible exclusive, HoloLens, and backwards compatibility.

2 RepliesWhenever I see a poll about it I think "This poll might as well be who plays on xbox and who plays on playstation" because thats exactly what it is. If you own a PS4 you most likely think Sony won E3 because of all the cool new stuff coming to your console, and if you own an XB1 you think Microsoft won for the same reasons. The only people with a non-biased viewpoint on this topic are those that own both consoles. And really the gamers won E3, because this intense competition between the two is better for us more then anyone.

It's the unfortunate mindset of most gamers, mainly due to young age. They either had their console bought for them or are just old enough to get a minimum wage job and feel the need to defend their console of choice. People also feel the need for everything to be a competition. Kind of like how people have their sport teams. They believe that they actually belong to something higher than them, but it reality they have nothing and are nothing to said team.
