I'm just curious to find out who's thinking of buying the upcoming DLC; I've seen a lot of people on the forums that are either zealously supporting Bungie or slating everything they've done so far, so I want to see the numbers.
Feel free to explain your answer below
Edit: Some FAQ's
—This DLC is not included with the season pass
— It is expected to drop around September time
—'Taken King' is the assumed name of what was previously known as 'Comet'; the supposed title of the upcoming Destiny DLC. Whether or not the official title is 'Taken King' I don't know for sure, but if it makes you feel better, please imagine the title of the poll to be 'Who's buying the next DLC?'

Day 1 even if its $60
-
Can't see it being 60 but it's that or the buys more shoes
-
Can't wait to see how many haters buy it that claimed they were only playing because they bought the season pass, LOL!
-
I am regardless
-
Should have a choice for "waiting until the E3 reveal/teaser"

4 RepliesDespite its flaws, this has been one of my favorite games to ever play. Every dlc has made it better, so i have no problem with buying another one.

What is the "The Taken King" you absolutely have no idea what it is besides speculation, how would one start to even consider the option of preordering... Ask if one is going to buy the next DLC.
-
I'm buying it. I'm hopelessly addicted to Dedtiny
-
1 ReplyWhere is the "I will not preorder it but I will most likely still get it" option?
-
Waiting to see what Bungie has for E3.
-
We will see something about destiny during e3 so hopefully its good
-
It really all depends on what kind of content it is. I'm going to say yes for now, but that is subject to change.

11 RepliesWhile House of Wolves is a slight improvement, I'm reaching the end of the road for Destiny. Bungie had lied way too many times since the first moment they announced Destiny at E3 a couple years ago. And them losing my support has been a long time coming considering they pretty much said "-blam!- our loyal fans" starting with Halo: Reach.
-
10 RepliesI don't see it happening for myself There are a lot more games coming out at that time and I feel I be a "fool me twice" situation if I bought the next big expansion.

2 RepliesEdited by InfectReality: 6/4/2015 11:19:24 PMOh you mean the left out parts of what was promised to us? No thanks.

3 RepliesIt's sad to know that 62 percent of us are blind consumers

26 RepliesFallout 4 do I need to say more??

It wasn't known as a comet. It was known as Plague of Darkness. This expansion is a comet expansion (big ass DLC).

I've lost all faith in bungie. Saving dat money for fallout four!

If it's going to be as large as people are saying, it will probably cost more than it does to buy destiny right now. I'm not going to buy it if it's more than $30, which I'd be willing to bet it will.
-
If its 60 bucks I'm not buying that crap Most if it will be awful story missions and a repetitive raid. New modes and a real campaign are needed, not stupid "grimiore" stories
-
Meh. Maybe. IDK. I've played Destiny. I don't see anything of any real import coming to the story in the next DLC. How was better than TDB in that respect but it's still a far cry to "Skyrim in Space" so I'm thinking I'm done when ESO and batman come out. But we'll just have to wait and see.

Destiny is life, Destiny is love.

Of course I am going to buy it. I've been one of the lucky guardians whos landed all exotics and reached the new level caps for both DLCs fairly early. I've had great fun with the Raids and I do pretty good in crucible, went flawless 3 times with all my guardians. I have two of the three new exotics from variks, the third one is currently waiting on variks. Yes, I have spent some time in this game and I will see it to the end.

Right now I'm planning on getting it. But not as soon as it drops. Other games and real life BS will be begging for my money at that time.
