Are Xbox players better than the playstation ones?
So I've been hearing some things that Xbox players are better than playstation players, I play on the Xbox and I get into tryhard lobbies quiet often.

I am just waiting to see if my hunch is correct about the nerfs. Hawkmoon will convince me of my hunch. But have to wait til about Sept to see.

I've played on both equally. It's the same. My K/d in the crucible is about the same on both.

There are definitely good players on both systems, or generation of systems, but I definitely feel like there are more sweaties on xbox.

1 ReplyI don't have a clue, never played on Xbox. Guess there are some really skilled people on it though because of Halo. That game seemed to really be skill based. But I'm sure a lot of the good players switched over to ps4 as well because of the exclusives.

I feel Xbox has alwayd been more of a competitive field of gameplay, whereas on the Playstation its always been about just playing story games with good graphics and a more relaxed Multiplayer. Compared to Xbox there is a very small percentage of people that play "sweaties" on the Playstation.

I have a XBox 360 and a Ps4. My friend next door has a XB1 and we play it sometimes. Honestly, I think that when I go on XBox fpsi do way better than when I'm on playstation. That's why I play more black ops Il on my XBox than on my PS3. Now this does not mean all players on Xbox are bad, they are not and I respect [b]some[/b] of them. Lots of XBox players are young, immature, and just plain rude. I've been insulted [b]JUST BECAUSE I PLAY DESTINY ON PS.[/b] Now I've also met some nice players on XBox, but I just hate it when I kill someone in BO2 and get called a -blam!- because of it. I've never experienced this on PlayStation so maybe I'm biased. But right now I say that Playstation players are better in being respectful, mature, and kind to others. (At least most of them) But why does it matter? Someone we don't even know of could be the best gamer ever! But you just judge on the players you do know! So it's impossible to choose which is better. (Off topic) I've seen the argument that they have more skill in pvp because they don't use Hawkmoon. As much as it hurts me to say this thorn is better. [spoiler]+ Everyone on XBox selected Xbox and everyone on PS selected Playstation.[/spoiler]

11 RepliesThe answer to this question is no, the Competitive FPS scene started on Xbox, which means there are more competitive players on Xbox or "better players". Therefore people think that Xbox players are better than Playstation players. If you aren't looking at the very tippy top of the scoreboard but are instead talking about players in General than No Xbox is not better than PS. But if your looking at the MLG players you could argue the Xbox players are better simply because there are MUCH more of them!

It's not that xbox players are better it's just that there are a lot more bad/inexperienced players on PS4 the top skill levels are basically the same. It's just that the bottom half of players on xbox isn't as kinderguardian full

There's not really a difference besides a controller that is designed slightly differently. And even then you can get one that you like. Doesn't really make the people better.
