Best vendor weapon to buy before HoW..
Saterienne Rapier.
This thing is a beast! I don't like pvp but the last three weeks I played just to buy two of this beauty. Along with FB this is my go to weapon now.
Fang is considered by a lot of people one of the best primaries in the game. Besides arc nightfall I can't see in what way is better than saterienne. Buy it before it's too late. :)

In general, if there is ANY gun you like from any of the vendors and you have the marks, GET IT. You will have all of the time in the world to earn marks and get any of the new vendor weapons, but after today all of these guns will be GONE. I think people want to get a jump on the new expansion by being ready to buy as much as possible tomorrow, but if you stop and realize it is a marathon and not a race you'll make a better decision and not skip out on something today that you'll wish you had later. Personally, I have Saterienne, Badger, Against All Odds, Two to the Morgue, LDR, longbow, Time on Target, Plug One. I will probably pick up one or two of the better ARs (I had For the People and Up For Anything but dismantled them after the debuff - I think they will rebuff soon so I am gonna grab them) and another shotgun myself tonight.
