Are you good at crucible (2.0+KD) and salty about xur selling the last word
I'm convinced the only players who are mad are just simply bad help me prove my point.

7 RepliesI personally find hand cannons to be cheap. I'll take my scout and 1.7 k/d over a 2.0 hand cannon k/d. To each their own, but congrats on the +2. Impressive.

I just charged in to Last Word Crucible last night with NLB and another sniper. Went Positive 2/3 matches. Was well satisfied with kill streaks.

The weeks Xur sells The Last Word are pretty much the worst Crucible weeks in general. Such an easy gun to use alongside its low TTK.

I'm less then one because during my mood days I was terrible and as we all know it is much harder to raise your overall K/D then it is to lower it

Im at about 1 KD. I find it easy to counter TLA, just jump around then land behind them and punch them twice.

Well my K/D isn't really that good. It's 1.44 but i do play a lot of crucible and have around 20,000 kills and a high medal score. And is the top player on my team in almost every game. Depends a lot on the game mode. In control and clash i don't really care. I usually go with my Red Death and Praedyth's Revenge there and play on range. I don't really know what i think about skirmish.. Maybe a bit anoying IF my team is rushing them like hell and keep dying, making me to have to revive them and stuff, then TLW is anoying. But if your teammates play a bit range too, i don't care if all 3 players in the other team uses it. In rumble and salvage though..... Damn that's when it gets annoying! The only counter to it in those close quarter modes is a shotgun. And i don't like to use shotguns... So in those gamemodes i use my old TLW myself! With a max damage of 300. I got one 331 too, but since some people are -blam!-ing retarded in this game, i use my 300 just to not get more hate messages about me "xûrning" it. Yes it has happened. [spoiler]"Nice xûrned Red Death, noob"[/spoiler] And other stuff.. Insane.. Haha

It doesn't matter what the other players are using if you play better. Good aim, situational awareness and playing unpredictably will allow you to pretty much always do well. Pick your battles.

The only reason I can think of as to why players would be salty about it is if they either: a) Use TLW and feel threatened that they'll lose their advantage. b) Use felwinters or another shotgun and are afraid they'll be matched up close.

I've never used a hand cannon in the crucible and when I saw Xur was selling TLW I was so excited. Not because I wanted it, (I got the radiant dance machines instead) but because it's easy mode now with my Mida if I just keep my gun fights to long range. Really love the last update to special ammo and super glad everyone is using TLW.

Everyone is a special snowflake in the crucible because everyone has different loadouts and different guns :) Edit: I use Lord High Fixer btw >.>
