Tess in the Last of Us. I felt really bad because I said to my brother "I hope she dies cause she's acting like a total bitch" then literally 10 min later, turns out she was bitten and actually died.

I really would have to say MGSV and Valiant Hearts. MGSV: [spoiler]The Diamond Dogs Soldiers lost during the Outbreak, and the ones you have to kill. Also Quiet, but she may or may not be dead.[/spoiler] Valiant Hearts, The Great War: [spoiler]Emile at the end, it was really heart breaking.[/spoiler]
