Can't think of a good name. But my thought of a cool exotic. Would be a sniper rifle. Goes into the heavy slot. Only one round per magazine. Carries about the same as a rocket launcher for total ammunition. Does very heavy precision damage, but less then a rocket would for normal damage.

This should be more shotgun designed with auto rifle parts appearance wise. I mean, long (but not sniper long) not to much on the top or bottom...like a more horizontal then vertical AR (ima just abbreviate auto rifle). And since this is a "[i][b]cosmic designed gun[/b][/i]" you could take certain parts of it and replace it with a glowing-energy-like-substance. And again, since its a "[i][b]cosmic designed gun[/b][/i]," put an astral like aura around some parts.

ALO-4 "A little of a lot or a lot of a little or..." Perks would be two optional ones that decrease clip size but increase damage, or increase clip size and decrease damage, and the Exotic perk would add another benefit to both options but I haven't figured those out yet. Probably a HMG.
