The first new content comes out 3 months after launch and you have to pay for it.
Why so many lies

Dude but we get new bounties everyday!
-
Throw it on the pile of lies.
-
? The game has been out for a few weeks and we have had updates and a monthly event already It seems like a constant stream to me not to mention the daily/weekly strikes/raids/missions that give bonus rewards and XP also there are more event like queens wrath on the way
-
3 RepliesActual the Queens stuff was new content if u care to accept it or not plus iron banner coming October...but of course ur another but hurt child
-
I think this is about the tenth post I've seen like this today.... kinda sad
-
Yup they lied. Time to go back to whatever other game you like bettet
-
2 Repliesgame has been out for less than a month. holy hell, reading these forums makes my head hurt. it just filled with self entitled little douches that think they deserve and are owed everything. constant content and updates is more than just dlc and expansions. events, patches, updates etc are " new content" or atleast refreshing for the player base. dlc isnt made to be given 1 month after release. 3 months is not bad at all in terms of an xpac.(which will include more raids, strikes, pvp maps, story).
-
I watched moreconsoles video about the "constant content, every day, 24 hour support from bungie for the next ten years." Can't remember if he has a link to source though. Was that all false or something?
-
Enlighten us all to where and when Bungie have lied. Show proof of what you claim.

Most games take 6 months for content patches give or take a month or 2, sometimes even longer especially before an expansion. Sorry the world isn't perfect and you can't get great content on a daily bases for the same game. Sadly there's a thing called time. Time is needed for making things, including pixels.
-
It's been 3 weeks lol
-
5 RepliesWe've gotten a raid, a queen event, and a multi player game variant since launch.
-
Queens wrath then iron banner on the 7th right after queen wrath ends. Then I'd imagine the first dlc would come out in November. There's content just apparently you don't think there is remember we're only on the 3 weeks into the game take a chill pill you can't expect to have new mission within the first month and a Half raid would be the only really new mission I can expect until the two dlc comes out.
-
Ooh, ooh, ooh. Let me add another one that I found to the pile of things that were said. "Destiny will be a game that you can fit into your life. It won’t be a chore or a grind. " http://www.bungie.net/7_A-Sound-Proof-Mail-Sack/en/News/News?aid=11078

14 RepliesLast time I checked the Queen's Guard gear constitutes "new content". Content that most video game companies would charge you for, rather than give to you free of charge if you earn it through game play.
-
3 RepliesThis account hasn't played destiny
-
Technically they have put out new content (queens wrath, iron banner next week, etc). Though I will say I dont care for their idea of new content as I feel it doesnt really add much to the game, outside of iron banner.
just my opinion
-
7 RepliesWhen did they say free content? And what is your definition of constant? When YOU are done with the current content, should they instantly give YOU new content? Or release it in a timely fashion to give people who dont play 60 hours a week a chance to finish up what they already have then present them with a new round of content?
-
4 RepliesNo, but I'd love to see you try and pump out weekly content. You realize, content goes through certification, cost money, takes TIMES AND EFFORT OF THE PEOPLE DOING IT, and lots of other stuff. You guys think they can just do something in one day and pop it in that night. No, they can't, not with the Certification systems of Microsoft and Sony. Read about---I mean GOOGLE IT, it's a HUGE pain in the ass. On a console, it is impossible to do daily content adding. The only things they COULD do are hot fixes, things so small they don't really matter, like nerfing and buffing things. Other than that, it's MONEY to put in these things. Even the updates cost something. People have truly lost it. Go to hell.
-
Also new content comes out next week in the form of iron banner it wasn't in the game at launch so technically it counts as new content. I'm guessing that the way they are thinking

2 RepliesEdited by OmizzDontMiss: 9/30/2014 8:20:01 PMFor one, we have plenty of Weeklys and Events until the first Expansion. Secondly, it's the first month out of 120. I repeat, out of One-Hundred and Twenty. Have some patience.
-
Three weeks in... pretty sure this broke some kind of record.
-
18 Replies
The first new content comes out 3 months after launch and you have to pay for it. Why so many lies
Yeah because it's entirely realistic to get new content every week. Good god you people are dense...
-
Also the daily missions and weekly strikes count as new content
-
9 RepliesIdk. There's been steady pvp stuff + the queens since I beat the game id say so far they have held up their end sayin content would be constant. Don't hate them just cause you fly through it.
-
2 RepliesIt hasn't even been a month and they've already release new content. The raid opened up and gave new gear and shaders and loot. Then the queens wrath dropped and they brought new armor and weapons and also shaders. Then they're coming out with iron banner next which I'm sure will bring even more new content. That's 3 events that gave new content within a month after release! Are seriously still bitching for MORE new content??! Name one other game that releases that much content in that little time! You entitled shit
