[b]Nerfing[/b] the [i]Ability[/i] should've come in the form of its relationship with [i]Frenzied Blade[/i] giving it [b]3 charges[/b]. . This hurts [i]Sunbreake[/i]r infinitely more than [i]Prismatic[/i]. . [i]Transcendence[/i] is still a major issue. [b]9-12 Consecrations[/b] per Transcendence will still be enough to cook [b]Endgame Content[/b], 55% nerf or not.
