Found out the first intrinsic trait upgrade for Slayer's Fang
The first one is on the far right of the room from where you find the organ, you have to first do the codes for the organ I believe, but once you do that, go to the far right of the room and you should find it behind a tree thing

There is another series of notes/symbols in the 'final' area... it's in the right hand side of the front/entrance wall (by that I mean, go in head right and look towards the corner... obviously by the time you turn around it will be left side) However, It appears locked still... I'm not sure whether there's another section elsewhere that needs to be completed first. I haven't done the 3rd run yet, so the final area will be as per the 1st/2nd runs
