According to the TWAB 8/11/2022 (see the link), the base draw time of light weight bow is changed from 612ms to 580ms. I can confirm this with older Tyranny of Heaven and Imperial Needle. I also confirm that Arsenic Bite can reach to 500ms with elastic string and draw time master work. But Lethophobia and Fortunate Star have still 612ms. Also, as to FS, if string is elastic, draw time can hit 540ms and enhancement to draw time master work don't shorten the draw time. How can I understand this. If it gets elastic string, should I seek the other master work? Thank you in advance.
