I have cross save on my account active, I play xbox and want to play PC. and I just bought everything for PC. However when i was logging into the game i got prompted with the cross save setup. My account is already linked? And when i used the QR to login and connect again but it already showed i was connected. Nothing happened on the PC end so I skipped the cross save menu by pressing enter. (I assumed that it had activated) and now my characters are not there and its asking me to make a new character? Someone please help
