I just want to know if I will ever get a reply from bungie, since in the form it was written that they will analyze my case in 1-2 days when it is absolutely not true

I would imagine they are handled on a FCFS basis I've seen quite a few posts from people missing their emblems, so I don't believe you're the only one.
