At the step where I need to do a strike on the moon but there's no strike there??? What I do???

Scarlet Keep is what you need to load into. When you do, you need to kill a specific enemy on the second floor of the elevator. If you leave the elevator and head to the right and kill the revenant wizard before anyone else does you will complete this step. I did it last week, so it definitely works.
