I figured out what IB is like.
It’s like constantly punching yourself in the d—k and hoping it might be fun on the next punch.

Let me clarify guys. I normally love IB and I don’t thinks I’ve missed one since D1. Am I great a pvp, not even close but I see improvement every time I play. I run solo and with clan mates. I feel like the gear drops for this IB are RNG hell, even compared to the last IB. Also, I’m running on all three on my characters for the pinnacle bounties. I appreciate the “git gud” comment, I always feel those are the most helpful.

Lots and lots and lots...of hand cannons and shotguns. I'm trying to find all these pesky auto rifles that people are claiming are super overpowered though. Where'd they all scurry off to? 👀

Wasn't having much trouble on my Warlock or Titan....then I decided to dust off my Hunter and give it a go. Omfg this weekend is lag central. Or lag switch central depending on how you look at it.

I just ran around whilst watching YT spamming jotuun with double scav. Somehow coming top of the board. I swear the matchmaking algorithm always gives me potatoes.

1 ReplyIt's more like smashing your balls repeatedly with two bricks knowing how great it feels when you miss. j/k :) IB can be fun if you don't take it seriously. Just run, gun, and capture zones and that's about it. Go for A and B immediately, then collapse on C. If you play with randos, play the objective because most of the time they don't. If you notice a blueberry rushing B, help him, he'll need it. If you [i]do[/i] want to sweat it, put on a brainless loadout like Mountaintop + Gnawing Hunger or Suros + Felwinters, and abuse the hell out of the meta. No point at being at a disadvantage if anyone else is abusing it. Also, cutting your losses and retreating from a losing battle to regroup is a smart strategy. If you see an unbroken of flawless stack or just one carrying the other team, just back out and try queueing again in a minute or two. No one will make a movie about your glorious final stand unless it's some streamer's 50 elim montage.
