Have you ever tried to flinch someone using a sniper, but somehow, they always hit their shot? Lots of people complain about how sniper flinch is busted, or how snipers have tons of AA and Bullet Magnetism. One of the huge reasons why is because of these mods. A lot of people don't even peak lanes or just do the accursed [b][u]3-peek[/u][/b] now. Sure it was a problem in the past, but it is an even bigger problem now because good snipers are unbeatable thanks to the mods. I realize this kinda just turned into a way for me to rant about snipers and wasn't necessarily a big reason why Flinch and Targeting mods should be exclusive to PWs.
