Like a lot of other folks, I purchased both of the required sparrows, but never received an e-mail mentioning my reward, and now apparently it's too late? I have a screenshot of my titan with both sparrows in his inventory, so I can prove I have both. I am aware I should've checked my rewards page and claimed it sooner, but I was under the (apparently misguided) assumption that there would be at least some time after the event ended to redeem the code and claim the emblem, and not have the window close immediately following the event ending.
