Considering that there is literally no immediate need to be battle-ready right after visiting a vendor, I'd say this is a very low priority. There are several high priority issues that naturally take precedence. Also, posting the same issues over and over again will only saturate the history of said issue(s). For issue tracking purposes, it's always best to keep bumping the original issue. And bumping it too often may result in potential spam repercussions. Having said that, Bungie has stated this multiple times: "All issues are looked into, but not all issues are answered to or acknowledged on the forum."
