Obelisk quest issue

I can't interact with the first obelisk on tangled shore? I have the quest marker from ikora. Spoke to osiris but nothing????? Anyone else with this issue? It's like broken down. Watched videos and everyone's obelisk is built up but mine's is not

Hello. Make sure you have the quest to link it to the Sundial. When finishing or accepting a quest from Osiris, his inventory will be blank until you back out and interact with him again

You have to kill some cabal on the tangled shore to get sundail parts
