That's very attractive. You're assigning admins just for joining and telling people: "don't be dumb". Depending upon your definition of dumb, your grammar in that sentence makes you dumb. I'm all for new clans and would encourage anyone to start their own clan. However, with this kind of post, the only people you are going to get is people that are going to come and go through the door.
