Although I have bought the Shadowkeep expansion, I do not have the season pass
Although I have the Shadowkeep DLC, when I go to the season pass screen it shows that I don’t have it nor 1,000 glimmer to even get the pass. This wasn’t too much of an issue for me but now that there are a lot of weapons that I can’t acquire without the pass, I am a little bit upset. Does anybody know what I should do or who I should contact on this issue? I am on ps4 by the way. Thank you.

1 ReplyHi there, Our records indicate you are gamesharing the Shadowkeep DLC on PS4. Like Silver, or items purchased from Eververse, Season Passes are bound to the characters they are purchased for and cannot be shared between multiple players on the same device. Furthermore, gamesharing is a platform feature and is not officially supported by Bungie. The successful gamesharing of expansions or other licenses was always coincidental, and Bungie makes no effort to provide consistency for players with these platform features.
