My biggest problem with this IB is the garbage matchmaking. I've played somewhere around 60 - 70 games and had about 4 not end in a mercy rule. Why is it so hard to get a game where both teams are competitive. I don't believe for an instant that this is solely a skill deficit because all the games where I got mercy ruled (which was the vast majority) I magically couldn't kill much of anything. Making progress in bounties is next to impossible when you get decimated in 3 minutes.
And while I'm at it, could it be possible to penalize players who are too dumb to play control? I don't know how many games I've been in where no one knows how to capture a zone! At least bring rotating game modes back to IB if they insist on playing clash.

Agreed the match making is fu***ng garbage.. I swear it takes forever and u either get an op team or a team who doesn't have a clue how to shoot.. it's rediculous hopefully bungie fixes it because it's absolutely dreadful

Maybe 60% of my games ended early or were lopsided. When it was matched it was fun. But most of the time it was just killing the guy that got you at least. My main beef was the field rotation. How many times did the Mercury vex one or widows court have to repeat? They need to retire the smaller fields though. 6x6 makes them crazy.

I have the same problem, I’m always matched with epic pvp players and even though I hit legend this season in comp I’m not a 2.0kd player so why am I getting this, this seasons matchmaking had the right idea but it has epically failed

I think I'm around a 2.0. I was absolute garbage this Iron Banner since my power level was 920, just made the skill gap even wider.

Maybe just a skill gap, BC some ppl try way too hard in IB, it makes me avoid it completely
