You would expect that when you level up eventually you can stomp the npcs that used to challenge you. Unfortunately this game doesn’t give you that kind of power. Bungie is nerfing the players at any chance to make the game ‘challenging and fun’ but truly thats just frustrating and unrewarding.

14 RepliesWith all the nerfs coming to Dattokeep, maked me happy to be playing Warframe, Borderlands and Diablo 3 where the Power Fantasy is very fun and never gets nerfed to satisfy the PvP Community. PvE only Games are the way to go if you are looking for a power fantasy game.

I need to do my usual armchair management moment and remind you guys that there was a perk in D1 known as luck in the chamber which allowed 2 taps with hand cannons. If you are going to base damage perk nerfs off d1 levels at least take all of the information into account. Other perks were also way more effective in D1 like firefly or high cal rounds for example. Just make sure weapons still have some fun/ effective novelties please. The changes to Borealis and hard light were smart.

What a time to be alive! RIP rampage, kill clip, swashbuckler, onslaught and probably one-two punch (although I did not see that one mentioned specifically.) On the bright side, synthoceps share prices just went up! I suspect I'll be doing a lot of punching this season as it will be more effective then shooting. WTF were you thinking?

Seemingly of all things you are mad at an emblem to accompany the pride pin they sold during pride. Were they only selling points? It really seems like you don’t test anything at all, it’s just a “yea sounds good let’s do it” for every new thing and then you have to roll it back bc it’s too good. Yea we are clearing a lot of content fast and easy, why shouldn’t we after reaching max levels and god roll gear and loadouts?? It just seems the reward for grinding the best stuff is just to see it nerfed. God I just feel like so much stuff is being taken away when these exotics need REWORKED. Nerfing these weapons and perks still makes most of these exotic weapons shiiiiiiiiiiit. And now that we have to re-grind for 2.0 exotic armor they and are nerfing how we get it WHEN ITS ALREADY DIFFICULT to get exotics. Let alone the exotic you want. Also why play comp now? You’re killing your pvp community. You’re giving us nothing worthwhile to chase and no reason to chase it. Like really? A scout? If it ain’t the best damn scout in the game why tf would anyone use it in crucible...let’s be honest. No one at high comp is using this shit. No one with lunas or NF or recluse or bygones or literally any other weapon is using this scout. Unless it’s the legendary version of Mida, then maybe, and then your whole argument of legendaries being better than exotics goes out the window. Like man it just seems like we still don’t know where guardians fit along the power line. Sometimes we are strong, sometimes we aren’t, we’ve beaten some crazy enemies in the past but Bungie keeps making us feel weak. The same species we fought back then that we overcame are now coming back stronger than us? So we unexplainably become weak again. I just don’t understand what kind of power we are chasing when every dlc the same enemy we overcome comes back stronger.
