paid recovs have gotten so bad there is adds for recluse on youtube.
something really needs to be done about this. its such a scam 500usd for mountain top. bungie, i know you guys say your working on it but something needs to implemented and fast. i think the quests just dont need to be tied to comp. atleast till something else can be sorted out. i dont know the legality of it all but if somebody gets a card number stolen i think it comes back on you guys.
also who the hell do these people think they are? 500usd?? thats more than my rent! lol!
( i didnt include any names of the sites or people running it intentionally as to not promote them.)
however youtube gets a lot of traffic and just imagine how many people are getting ripped off because of it.
for everyone's sake just remove comp from the weapons temporarily. unless you truly believe this new system is gonna be that good...

I see so many posts on mostly facebook of people being banned after a recovery for certain PvP weapons. I say own fault.. Like quit the bs and put some time into it. I understand that Not Forgotten is hard as hell but Luna's howl, Mountaintop and recluse aren't that bad.. Especially now.. I did the mountaintop old school! To obtain it now is easy AF!

Legally bungie cannot be held responsible if someones CC # gets stolen as its not a product/service directly from bungie.

It's then up to Bungie to enforce their TOS.

Yeah posting everywhere that your doing recovs carries for money is wrong, Doing recovs and carries for money is fine in my eyes. End of the day its a win win you get money and the person who paid got what they really wanted money talks man. So i think bungie should set up some sorta ingame tab for people willing to do recivs and carrues for money and they can even take a little percentage outa it if they wanted to but i dont think thatll fly tbh. Stop fight these people paid services will never go away so support them cause its a fight haters will never win

Bungie doesn't care about people playing for other people. They don't care about your post. They have a multi-million dollar company to run. You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold

People have always paid for things they can’t or won’t get themselves, even in gaming. People also get paid for doing things they are good at. The only bad thing I see about this is poor low ranked players being matched with a recov.

I don't know how people figure a random stranger that has your money and your information as well as leverage would abide by their word. I've had identity theft happen to me and its not worth it. Account recoveries is a small form of it but it can become a more detrimental situational. Never trust these people and report them to the BBB and have their sites taken down.

It’s people who pay who are the root of the problem, if you actually see it as being a problem. If you’re dumb or desperate enough, can afford it and willing to risk a random having access to your account, then go for it.. Just remember you’ll feel no real sense of achievement once you’ve paid for the gear and it’s in your inventory! (That’s only if you’ve not been screwed over in the process)

Keep the guns tied to Comp but give them the Revoker treatment where you just need to accumulate Glory instead of hitting Fabled.
