Didn't get Prismatic Inferno emblem despite my qualifications
Link to a Trials of the Nine game I played on the ninth of December, 2017. I haven't received my emblem to my post master yet. I was told this was a good way to solve this issue?

You need to claim the triumph "Prismatic Inferno". According to the API, you have it, but haven't yet redeemed it.
