Emblems are not a worthwhile reward
Give me something I can use and/or show off while I’m playing the game, and I’m interested. Wearing Solstice armor because I completed the objectives is awesome. Having a picture no one (including me) ever looks at is not awesome.

12 RepliesSo many dolts here. The emblem is proof of participating. The reward is bonus Menagerie loot. Try reading comprehension, it helps. Also an emblem is the first thing people see, it gets noticed.

4 RepliesReasonably increase chances to obtain stuff needed for Wayfarer, up to mandatory drop after, say, 25 empty runs in NF/EP, because Osprey may not be Truth, but it is out there. Not to mention those poor people who still don't have IKELOS weapons. Like the fvkc, seriously, bungee?

I find it stupid that you don’t even get the emblem if you don’t complete a nightfall. I think if you contribute to the event in any way you should get the emblem. It’s stupid when you think about it because some people are probably going to just roam around Mars and if they don’t complete a nightfall you don’t get an emblem. Even if you do a nightfall an emblem is seriously unrewarding for this kind of challenge. The only way an emblem could potentially be a good reward is for it to be an exotic with a tracker and its animated. Just because I said animated emblem doesn’t mean people should shout “but consoles can’t handle animated emblems”. Because this is the same thing people said when 4K was being thrown around as rumors during the time before Xbox one and ps4 right Right RIGHT! I mean come on consoles can handle it. Xbox one x should be able to handle it!

And the emblems are not the main loot from any new activities, they are like the cherry on top. Everyone wants to 1k so they do LW and emblems drop regardless but you do the raid to get 1k maybe some endgame raid enhanced armor perks. You get my drift here?
