After season 7, will we get another season pass? Will you take a break and release content later? Or will we get another large sized dlc like foresaken? Can you give us a little nod or hint to what's next?

9 RepliesNo update on trials soon = cya

10 RepliesYou know what's so funny is that if Bungie just spoke to us about stuff they wouldn't get such a hard time.

One thing that Bungie (particularly the Destiny designers and the other heads at Bungie) aren't good at, is communication and listening to their playerbase. Now I may get some criticism when I say that they don't listen to their playerbase, which isn't quite accurate but on a larger scale of players who want to see positive changes in the game such as, fixing Gambit mote pick up detection or wanting a certain aspect such as planetary vendors, like Failsafe and Asher Mir, not being wasted because we never truly get to interact with them unless we do public events, adventures, or running the entirety of the game over again. Bungie doesn't listen to feedback like this, and this causes both the company, and the games reputation to decrease because of the developer, wasting or not making the game feel as though it's actually fun to play, instead, they waste their time by making new content and not fixing, revamping or re using content that was originally new in the base game of Destiny 2. Bungie has impressed me with the new Outbreak perfected (prime) quest mission, however it is tedious.

4 RepliesAll I want to know this time round is wether or not D3 gets rebooted halfway through production ( again. Again.) before it hits shelfs.
-
Whatever they produce, I know I’ll be waiting to purchase it until next year on a deep sale. This annual pass was worth about 10 bucks. Really hope the larger majority stay away September and show Bungie what they’ve been doing lately is trash work, trash management and trash business sense.

5 RepliesWhat player base? The one left after Thanos snap?
-
8 RepliesTake a break? This entire season pass has been a break for them. This is the most boring D2 has ever been.
-
"We hear you. We promise there will be great content for year three. Soon we will have some of your community leaders to tell you how great the content will be. You can trust them like you trust us here at Bungie. It will be great so PLEASE pre-order." - Bungie

1 ReplyTheir silence and lack of communication should say all about what they think the future of the game is. Also all the people that have left bungle
-
They’re gonna crawl back to whatever’s left of the playerbase and beg for more money. Some ya’ll are gonna actually give it to them too.

2 RepliesEdited by Obileekenobi: 5/7/2019 4:04:19 AMBungie have kept very quiet intentionally as in a few months they’ll have something to sell us all. Then they’ll start the ‘we’re listening’ and communication train again to sell us another annual pass. It may contain lots of things we’ve asked for, but they’ll not confirm it till we’ve paid for it and it’s live as the Roadmap will be very ambiguous. Then they’ll fix the exploits we find in 30 seconds and the QOL items will form part of the Roadmap which they’ll call an event. Déjà vu on its way.

3 RepliesThere is no future. Destiny 2 is essentially dead to Bungie. All they're doing now is thinking of the lowest effort they can make to keep you just invested through the sunk cost fallacy in order to trick you into being excited for D3. When you buy D3, the sunk cost fallacy will continue to keep you through their bumblings and failures in that iteration.

Edited by Peloquinsoul: 5/7/2019 4:03:55 PMThey'll probably follow on the current trend and say its an annual pass but give no info on what it contains till a week before the content drops. I wish games would just be complete on purchase, but if dlc is a thing, we should know exactly what it is before we're asked for money. I realise I'm saying this in a world where Jedi Fallen Order pre-orders went up after a pre-rendered trailer that tells you nothing about the game, but asking for money when you don't even know what the content is, has to stop. Crowd funded projects have more details than most games now. Also, those two redacted items on the opulence Road map? Solar week and void week ;)

3 RepliesIt’s interesting the last 2 DLC’s were so bad that some ppl are not sure if Destiny has a future.

Be sure to flush after you Wipe! There’s your Update!

10 Repliesi hope we get new Strikes & Crucible maps in Season of Opulance😿
-
Its either we will get another forsaken sized expansion or smaller for year 3 of D2 with another annual pass, or we will just get another years worth of annual pass by itself. Don’t take my word for it this is only my assumptions 😬
-
3 RepliesIts crashing and burning thats whats up.
-
They'll follow BioWare's footsteps and delay the whole roadmap.
-
Bungie is too busy these days building the game that truly expresses their real passion: Crimson Steam Pirates 2 for iOS
-
10 RepliesPersonally I just want them to focus on making d3 fkn awesome. D2 is kinda a lost cause and really not worth any effort at this point. I don’t think there’s anything left for d2 . Don’t get me wrong I’ve had my fun but they haven’t brought anything new to the table in a long time .
-
Probably a hard dump after season of Opulence.
-
14 RepliesThere plenty to do in the game, we have gambit and gambit prime, we have reckoning with 3 different kinds, we have unlimited strikes, 6 different kinds of crucible modes, new daily milestones, black armory with 4 or 5 different bosses, 3 raids and many raid layers, 3 different characters and race’s which means you can play from 3 different perspective’s. Shattered throne. And all this content resets every week.
-
I'll update you on the future of D2: Another Annual Pass. Bungie learned it from Activision.

1 ReplyBungie have “nothing” to say right now. But my god come August you better be sitting glue to twitch when they have another $60 expansion and pass to sell you...
