Would you not say, that minus the recent nerf that black spindle or whatever it is called now is not a pve pinnacle weapon obtained from a difficult activity? What about Polaris lance? Thunderlord? 1k voices? I would actually say those weapons dominate pve and pvp and all require high level pve play, or at least they did at the time of release.
