Seriously. How in the -blam!- do you not respond to unified negative feedback about last weeks TWAB and still refuse to just say "okay fine we get it, we'll take them out of infusion costs". Seriously is your entire team so "busy" with sitting on a beach drinking things with umbrellas in the glass that you can't round them up for a meeting that says "look we don't do this we're going to lose what players we have left" and make them sit for the five minutes it takes to reach unanimous agreement that "having players" is better than "not having players" and "it's time to start giving the players what they want"? In this people aren't asking for a massive change to features like removing the loading times of crap in inventories, they just want you to delete infusion costs. You could have a patch ready for that in 6 days. Less if you work the weekend.
