Wow, already well on the way to beating last week's downvote count. Bungie: pull your heads out of your rears. I've been on this forum over 10 years and never seen as much stupidity (on all sides) for any topic. Truly sad to see.

Must admit alot of positives. Hopefully you realize soon the major thing you will need to do. Especially now you stream income is in threat with article 13. Can't see youtube or twitch willing to fork out the money and effort need to protect themselves from risking get fined into the ground.

This week at bungie we blatantly and purposely ignored the continuation of discontent on a matter that we are fully aware of but as a company arrogantly think we know what’s best for the games community even though we’ve had to correct everything that we originally put out as content.

32 RepliesThe most hot-button issue that is driving your vocal players up the wall isn’t mentioned at all in the TWAB. We still haven’t seen a good reason why you aren’t addressing the issue with enhancement cores. You still can’t answer to the statement of “Removing enhancement cores will create the problem _____________”. I’m starting to care less about playing, because the endgame for me has become so boring. I don’t look forward to logging on unless my friends are online or I’m helping out people in my clan. It’s a chore to play the game, and I have enough of those in my day to day after cutting down my playtime to make room for more important things. You want this game to be a hobby - make it a hobby. Not a glorified to-do list.

Overall, I like what is in this article. We will leave it at that. Now... to the issue brought up by others... Enhancement Cores. First to the other players... remember that upgrading your gear is supposed to be meaningful. You don't need to upgrade all of it. Right now, the only activity where power really matters is Reckoning T3. Right now, the game is very much in a state where having max power isn't important. Makes you feel good but isn't important. If you are trying to keep all your gear maxed before you hit 700, you are wasting your resources. Second to Bungie... You need to understand that the current enhancement/infusion system is fundamentally overbearing. Needing them for both INFUSION and ENHANCEMENT is just plain stupid. You need a stupid amount of cores to enhance even one set of gear. Most of your "end game" crowd wants to have a couple sets of gear tailored to different builds. You've made getting to that point ridiculous. I don't agree that they should go away... but you need to... reduce the cost; offer more ways to get them reliably (in significant numbers); or remove them from one part of the equation.

I’m only one person but how many other players are close to doing the same ? I bet a lot more than we all think. So Screw you Bungie I’m done supporting you my wallet is staying closed as far as ur concerned!

1 ReplyYou had it figured out in year 3 of D1, it’s not that -blam!-ing hard Bungie! Jesus...... it’s either stupidity or bullheadedness to explain why the systems in D1 year 3 were thrown out the window. Guns were better, armor was better, and in all honesty the raids were better. PVP has always been a shit show but ATLEAST snipers were a viable option and weapons still felt fun to use, D2 PVP just feels like a chore. Who cares right? My post is just another post that won’t get acknowledged or have any feedback, just like countless other posts that have a valid point that go unheard by Bungie.

nothing really to do this week. minor grind and few raids. cannot play PvP as unable to get the Luna or any of the other PvP weapons so can not compete against other players so pointless. looking at new games to play as the new era of bungo only is as much fun as eating sand

24 RepliesSooo... Once again, No masterwork re-rolling. No glass needles. No fix to matchmaking. No fix to Luna's / NF. No more space for shaders, consumables, etc. The list goes on. No real quality of life changes. I bet the Radiant Matrix will still be a thing too. I'm not at all happy to say this, but you people are truly incompetent. Please, hand the franchise over to another developer. It will never come close to reaching its potential in the hands of Bungie. [b]Sad[/b].

Mmmmm Borderlands game of the year edition got announced for ps4 and xbox one so imma be playing that until Borderlands 3. And FYI I've played all the Borderlands each game with 240 hours+ (apart from pre-sequel) and still haven't got bored, unlike this game in which the devs VERY RARELY listen to community. This game is dead and I'm so happy I can finally play some Borderlands again

I was hoping the TWAB would talk about cores, Luna/NF being so cunty, Lack of PvP maps in season pass content etc. Instead we get nothing. I think the community manager should post a weekly summary of the items from the forum he is "passing along to the dev team". A little transparency now might save the player base later.
