RISE UP. We cannot let bungie turn into an ea
-
Not bothered. For the last few months I've had everything and what was there it's only crap
-
Edited by NaylB: 3/1/2019 6:15:31 PMDon't know why they can't have the prismatic matrix and direct purchase for silver, but I'm not massively bothered by this. Prismatic Matrix was only one a week anyway and it didn't guarantee the item you want so it had it's own problems.

20 RepliesEdited by xPilgrimx: 3/1/2019 2:23:40 PMI dont care. Let then make money. You dont have to buy anything from eververse, its just cosmetic items. But they need to take that money and make d3 an actual open world mmo with better rpg mechanics but still keep the good movement snd gunplay. To much to ask for? Probs...

8 RepliesI have 4 matrix’s I haven’t been using cause I have all the items from this season
-
Who. Cares.
-
15 RepliesWell direct purchase is better than RNG so you can’t be too mad.
-
Although I want the prismatic facet. I couldn’t really care abt it. It acts as 1 engram with a smaller loot pool and I never use half of the things I get from it. The majority of the item I get from every verse are from all the silver I buy😎. *bright engrams I earn through game time
-
You can upvote it all you want. Bungie will not cave in and keep the Matrix. I like it going away about as much as anybody else around here likes it. It's a done deal though.
-
3 RepliesI rather them just get rid of Eververse, but we know that will be Bungie's cash cow without Activision footing the bill. It's just embarrassing that Eververse gets more updates than the content of the game and the armors of the game with each new season. Last season we got more new exotic ornaments than exotic guns! As someone with almost 70,000 bright dust from just playing and never spending a single dime on the store, I rather it be removed.
-
1 ReplyIt’s funny that when bungie do something bad they somehow make it feel like they are doing us a favour and it’s what we wanted. I don’t remember anybody ever asking for the matrix to be removed.
-
Meh. Just make her go away once and for all.
-
2 RepliesAnd people thought Activision was turning up the Eververse juice, smh. Here Bungie is removing a in-game currency earned by completing bounties that gave you one chance at a free cosmetic per week that’s being replaced by RW currency to buy packs of cosmetic crap. Well, I guess when you fail pretty hard at your follow up title and end up 60% down in sales and lose your major game publisher you gotta make ends meet somehow. Oh well, I was never interested in playing their game for the “Space Barbie” feature. It was for the enjoyment of the game. That’s, unfortunately, no longer an option as Bungie sucked my enjoyment of their universe when Ghaul arrived 9/2017 and it hasn’t returned. Glad I didn’t buy into that bullshit Annual Pass. Glad my last bit of currency to flow into their pockets was the original digital deluxe preorders. Oh, how Bungie has fallen.

People on here criticised EA for what they would do to Anthem with loot boxes. Least they don’t get you to buy a DLC/ season pass and then try and sell cosmetics on top of a season pass, Bungie wants both , Also who in their right mind would spend more money on Destiny now, just to have Bungie blow it all up again , who knows how long you’ll get to see this new gear you purchased, but sure it will be fine you can buy it back again later I’m sure. Now back to Anthem, even with its problems it’s still more fun than destiny, says a lot about what destiny has become.

4 Repliesdo cosmetic really matter , omfg got a emote i am elite , o got the ship for 3 time , do matter , even ? whem there 100" other issues /.
-
2 RepliesJust a reminder that this is no longer activision. It’s all bungie now
-
If they won't bring it back, they should, at least, let players convert a certain amount of Bright Dust to Silver.
-
I smell EA
-
How about they actually make stuff that we want to buy.... not ghost projections 🤔
-
Isn’t that controversial? Isn’t the prismatic matrix already a loot box, making Bungie (supposedly) already like EA?
-
Keep the matrix just give us more on the loot table. I find myself having everything and having to save my matrix
-
4 Repliesyou can get what you wan't playing the game
-
8 RepliesOk, no... we’re not starting another teacup revolution over something this small. Bungie has to make money somehow, would you rather keep the Prismatic matrix or get Destiny 3?
-
11 RepliesI think the only time I actually used the prismatic matrix and was glad to have it was when the last word came out and the ornament was in the matrix too. So I spent one and got it since it was the only thing missing. It's only 1 item a week, playing the game will yield dozens of seasonal engrams which is far better than just 1 a whole week.
-
4 RepliesIdk. I just play for my 3 easy engrams per character each week, and get the eververse items that way. I think that I might have used prismatic matrix for 3 or 4 items total during any given season--otherwise, I sat on a max stack of 3 because I already owned everything offered in that week's matrix. It might be an unpopular opinion, but it served no real purpose to me; it just took up my inventory space. If offering packages is what they wanna do instead, then power to 'em--we'll see how it works out as time goes on. Until then, I'll be poking online from time to time and then back to boozy Apex.
-
Nobody is forced to buy any of it. Not like it's going to be relevant in the next iteration of Destiny. People and their soapboxes, y'all up in arms over meaningless aspects, that have nothing to do with the actual gameplay. Smh

Bungie is fully aware what they are doing with this. Its impossible for them not to remember what happened last time. They made this decision anyways, and there is nothing we say or do that will change their mind. Now 3 months from now if they come back and say "we hear you, and we are sorry" well we all know that is not true.
