NO MORE “ENHANCEMENT” CORES!!!
Im so sick and tired of these being in infusion. You literally cant use any of the gear you want because as soon as you get a powerful gear drop 1 light higher than what you have, you have to use it because otherwise you cant do endgame activities. I JUST WANT TO USE THE STUFF I WANT TO USE!!![spoiler]lets start a revolt[/spoiler]
Edit: wow this blew up, hopefully we can actually remove masterwork cores from infusion
Edit #2: I want to use the stuff I enjoy, not some random legendary that is absolute garbage

Get rid of cores fir infusion as I like to look fab and Rock the weapons I love as I play. Edit I just realised that all my armour perks and mods are now useless too after spending many hours chasing the best ones fir my play style. So much effort straight down the drain. I am seriously thinking about another game. Mario kart is looking good right now or even wonder boy.

The game gives you like 8 million different ways to get cores without having to spend shards.

1 ReplySince those changes I wasn't able to fully masterwork my armor anymore which is sad. Before Forsaken, I invested cores into my Mobile Leviathan gear to change it to Heavy and Restorative. It was worth it and felt good. And you could reroll the masterwork stat bonus on weapons. Wanted range on your auto rifle? Just reroll for 1 core (reasonable cost) until you get the range masterwork. Same applies to armor for Mobile/Heavy/Restorative. Why are those stat masterworks static now? I also don't know what the issue was, resulting in those drastic core changes in Forsaken. What was not right for you Bungie?

While although I’m okay with using something I normally wouldn’t until I’m ready to infuse, I do agree the core requirements are silly. I too wish I could play with the gear I like instead of waiting for something 10 light higher to drop so I dont waste my cores as much.

Enhancement Cores should only be used to turn weapons and gear into Masterworks not for infusion🤨

Just make them available for purchase with glimmer for sh*t sakes. I’d rather grind glimmer doing what ever the hell I want to do than be forced into a chore.

Agreed..infusion was fine the way it used to be. All my gear has been sitting in the vault unused since forsaken released. Still wearing the same old thing.

I didn't care at first, but after a month of being back I'm really getting tired of looking at all the cool perks I could be using on my armor. I don't expect to have a fountain of cores, but there should drop enough to keep up with maybe 6 weapons and a set of armor current. I mean I'll probably never make 650 by the next season, so I'll still get to continue using the same hobo baggins outfit.

Agreed, enhancement/masterwork cores should only be used to masterwork a weapon or piece of armour, not for basic infusion.

Sucks to be you. I got 14 cores and they just keep coming. No spider, just a lot of dismantle bounties and finest mattersweave. I spend more glimmer and shards on planet mats.
