Malfeasance quest-corrupt strike help

I've got the quest, and I'm on this step. I don't think it's worth completing. Same with Chaperone... Got it first or second week. Not wasting my time on Bungle's trash ass PvP. Wish I could give them to someone that actually wanted them.
