I just recently started a subscription to a VM streaming service called Shadow, since my current pc is not able to run D2. i was playing it today for a good 3 hours without any issues, then suddenly in the middle of a gambit game, my game disconnects with error code baboon. i blow it off and go to rejoin the game, and it cant connect. so i check all my connections and they're fine, so i restart my VM, and now when i launch the game im able to get to orbit, when the game starts stuttering really badly, and the audio randomly switches to sounding like a ping pong ball hitting a wall a million times per second. the graphics will freeze for a moment and then everything is fine for a couple seconds. sometimes the graphics will freeze entirely, but the sound will be fine, i can shoot and click menu buttons and everything. eventually, after a couple times of the freeze with good sounds, the graphics will freeze indefinitely, but the sound is going perfectly. I dont know how to fix this. any help?
Edit: getting out of the D2 window proves that also all of the other things on the VM are running just fine

Just quickly read an article about the service and this popped up:
...go into the Device Manager and manually enable the Nvidia GPU
Other than that, this is not really an issue for Bungie forum, but more for Blade/Shadow as they provide the service.
The company (Blade/Shadow) also recommended using its Discord channel for support purposes.
