Simple enough they're far to inconsistent in this shot gun meta, mainly the rapid fire and lower impact ones need a tad further range and all fusion need a tighter accuracy to them. Even the my recent rolled main ingredient doesn't one shot almost 3 meters away hitting EVERY SINGLE BOLT.

They need to buff them for pve for sure, accuracy is probably fine where it is, maybe a slight change to accuracy.

If you get one with high impact reserves and underpressure with a counterbalance mod it's super consistent as you'll nearly always be utilising those perks

Welcome back to them being projectile weapons :)

I will never fail to like a nerf fusion rifles post. Wait, this is for a buff? What? WHAT?!
Whatever, still like it. They need it.
Recently had a post blow up about this. I agree completely. Smgs need buff too.

2 RepliesI have a pretty nasty main ingredient. It’s got back up plan. I put counterbalance on it so the bolts don’t spread much. It’s also got the buff on damage for slower charge time. Back up plan offsets that. Shotgun warriors cannot win. I call it Plan D. D for DAFUQ JUST HAPPENED?!?

As long as they don’t end up like telesto I don’t mind a fusion buff. Right now telesto is your best bet and that low skill weapon is really annoying in comp right now
-
So what you’re saying is...
rename masterwork cores?

but jokes aside, they should buff fusion rifles.
Yes please, more fusions too. How many new fusions got added with Forsaken? One? Right now the only reliable Fusion is Telesto. What happened to the great Fusions of D1 like Vigil, Panta or Thesan? And my all time favorite sniper Murmur!

7 RepliesEdited by Eucadia: 10/19/2018 12:03:13 AMYou're right, but most people here love Shotguns and they don't want their counters to get buffed. Simply by comparing Fusion % usage vs Shotgun % usage in the crucible (facts, not opinions), it's obvious Fusions need a buff.
