So, do you want to know how to counter Lunas howl?
Here are a few tips...
1- Either stay outside of it's very short effective range (29m) or get in their face, 390 pulses are an excellent counter if you play your ranges right
2- start increasing your mobility stat and strafing like crazy, wanna throw in a crouch? That helps too. Lunas howl is only super powerful if the user can land consecutive headshots.
3-when shotgunning... dont be that guy that runs in a straight line because it works against other primaries. It wont work here.
Slide, dodge, jump, swerve, and play corners better so they wont 3 tap you.

Wow it is a 180 noobcannon that can 3 tap if you get 2 RAPID headshots. Well my Eningma's draw can 4 tap and fires 80 rounds faster and has high cal making your headshots harder to land. On top of that if you miss that 3rd headshot bye bye bonus damage back to being a 4 tap.
